PAYMENTS

I can take online PayPal payments, you don't need a paypal account to pay this way. This is a safe, secure and quick way to pay! I also accept cheque or postal order payments. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you can email your order to me using the contact form and I will send you payment details. I realise that not everyone can or wants to pay online so I am more than happy to take posted payments.


POSTAGE

I have set the postage per pencil on open stock pencils at 12p, this is the fairest charge I could come up with. This 'postage per pencil' charge is the same no matter where in the world you live however if you live outside the UK there is a handling fee of between £1 and £4 depending on where you live.

All other items have postage prices based on weight.

I will refund any gross overpayment of postage once the item has shipped, should an huge overpayment be made.

Postage is free on all orders over £50 however a handling charge applies to all orders from overseas customers

Returns

Most of my pencils are open stock and inspected by myself before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you get a faulty pencil please contact me, I will do my best to replace it, free of charge. If this is not possible I can refund you the cost of your faulty pencil. No need to return, just email me details of the problem but please do this within 28 days. Problem pencils will not be replaced after 28 days from the date of order.


Worldwide Postage

I am willing to ship anywhere worldwide. So far my pencils have shipped to the USA, Australia, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Holland Japan and France. They travel very well!

Privacy

I do not share your details with anyone. Email addresses are only stored if you have subscibed to my mailing list or if you have asked to be contacted if an item becomes available. I do not have access to any card or bank details

Green Issues

I want to take care of the enviroment but also want your purchases to reach you in good condition. I use new Jiffy bags but urge you to re-use them if possible. The bubble wrap I use is pre-used, I get it from a factory that would other wise throw it away, if this is not available I use 'Enviro' bubble wrap which is biodegradable
